Convention Centre (Amsterdam, Netherlands): RAI Amsterdam Convention Centre

The RAI (Rijwiel en Automobiel Industrie) is a large convention centre in the Zuidas business district of Amsterdam, spanning over 112,200m2. It houses 70 conference and meeting rooms and 12 large halls, with the largest event hall seating 12,900 people. The complex also has a music and concert theatre plus underground parking for over 4,000 cars. Over 500 events are organised at the RAI, entertaining over 2 million visitors each year.

A new construction began on the complex in 2009, a 47 metre tall expansion which allowed the RAI to become Europe’s largest conference centre.
