Dampers
Showing the single result
Dampers consist of a steel frame which contains intumescent fins which allow maximum air flow. Ventilation ductwork is then pushed into the damper using the rubber gasket system to prevent air leakage from the duct. In a fire, the intumescent fins in the damper expand to fill the steel frame, preventing the passage of fire, smoke and hot gases.
