The Protecta FR Board Raised Access Floor (RAF) Barrier is a high-performance fire-stopping solution designed to restore fire compartmentation in underfloor voids. It creates a certified linear seal beneath raised access floors to prevent the spread of fire, smoke, and toxic gases through concealed cavities. The system can be installed with or without penetrating services and is tested to meet the highest fire safety standards.

Description

Full product description

Protecta FR Board RAF Barrier uses our proven stone wool FR Board system to provide a secure, certified seal in raised floor cavities. It can be aligned directly under partition walls to maintain fire ratings or used to subdivide large underfloor spaces to slow fire and smoke spread.

This barrier system is suitable for use in data centres, commercial offices, healthcare environments, schools, and any facility using raised access floors. It helps ensure that critical services, such as cables and ducts, remain fire-stopped and that sound and air transmission between compartments is controlled.

The system provides a clean and professional finish, simplifying service routing while enhancing both fire safety and operational performance.
